What are we selling?

So what are we selling? As Bruce said, what's different? How do we communicate with the students what a great thing this change is?

A renewed committment to teaching and learning.

Bigger, better, faster, more...HOW?

We do need to monitor the content--which we're setting up a framework for now. That's something that hasn't happened school-wide in the past.

I guess what we need to do is figure out how this will all "look" different from the student/parents' point of view and figure out how to emphasize what a great thing this change is.

One of the most obvious differences will be the HEP (sorry Priscilla). How do we sell them on the idea? What's so great about an individualized education plan? What's so great about these new ways of assessing? If we can formulate a statement about that, we'll be on our way.
